 Registration and Payment Procedure

You should register the program within 30 days from trial version installation date.

1. You should pay for the program to begin the registration procedure (see Product pricing).

2. You should complete the registration form in AM Lab site, where you should enter you registration name and program identification number (see to "? -> Register" in the main menu of Hesperus).
   
   The registration key will be sent to you after we receive this form and the payment acknowledgement. The payment delay is one business day for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments.
   
   If you will not get your registration key within a reasonable amount of time, please notify us about that! We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by those delays.
   

3. The program becomes registered after you enter the registration key in it.
   
   Select "? -> Register" in the main menu of Hesperus and click "Register" after receiving the key from us. Then do the following:
   
   1.Enter the name to register the program for. It must match the name you entered in the registration form to receive the key.
   2. Enter the registration key.
   3. Click "Register" button.

Payment methods:

We accept five types of payment: Online, Fax, phone, Wire Transfer and mail. Secure Payments assured. All payment must be in US currency.

The software is available for immediate download. Once you have purchased the product by filling in online order form, a license will be sent to you via email to unlock the software for use. You may download the trial software before or after you complete the purchase process.

1. Through the World Wide Web. This is the fastest and easiest way. Your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a very secure manner, so that nobody else can see it. That protects you by ensuring that nobody but you and the credit card processor will see your card. You can go directly to the order page:

2. Fax or phone orders.
   European customers: If you do not want to submit your order and credit card information online, you can also fax your order to us at +49-221-2407278, or call us at +49-221-2407279. (Please note, however, that this is a secure web site which is encrypting all transmitted credit card data according to the secure HTTP protocol.)
   
   US customers: You may also place your order by calling our toll-free order number 1-800-903-4152 (available on weekdays from 9am to 5pm). Orders may also be sent by fax to (724) 850-8187. Please make sure to have your program ID #103805 for Hesperus.
   
   

3. Check and cash orders.
